Privacy Policy for Forest Run

Introduction

JBITPRO ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Forest Run mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through the App.

In short: Forest Run collects zero personal data. We are committed to your privacy.

Information We Collect

Forest Run is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Local Data Storage

The following data is stored exclusively on your device and never leaves it:

• Game progress and high scores
• In-game settings and preferences
• Sound and music preferences
• Acorns collected and gameplay statistics

This data is stored using iOS's standard local storage mechanisms and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Game Center (Optional)

If you choose to connect to Apple Game Center:

• Your leaderboard scores and achievements are managed by Apple
• Apple's Game Center Privacy Policy governs this data
• We do not have access to your Game Center profile or account information
• You can disconnect from Game Center at any time through iOS Settings

What We Do NOT Collect

Forest Run does NOT collect, access, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, mailing address)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Device identifiers (IDFA, advertising IDs, device IDs)
• Contact lists or address books
• Camera or photo library access
• Microphone or audio recordings
• Analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking data
• Crash reports or diagnostic information
• IP addresses or network information
• Browsing history or web activity
• Financial or payment information

Third-Party Services

Forest Run uses only one optional third-party service:

• Apple Game Center - For leaderboards and achievements (optional, user-initiated only)

We do NOT use:

• Analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Crash reporting tools
• Any other third-party SDKs or tracking tools

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because we do not collect any data, we have nothing to share, sell, or disclose to third parties. We do not engage in:

• Selling or renting user data
• Sharing data with advertisers
• Providing data to analytics companies
• Disclosing information to business partners

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Forest Run is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents can feel confident that their children's privacy is fully protected while playing Forest Run.

No Advertising or Monetization Through Data

Forest Run is a premium, paid application. We do not:

• Display advertisements
• Use advertising networks
• Track users for ad targeting
• Monetize through user data
• Offer in-app purchases that collect payment information (payment is handled by Apple)

Data Security

Since all game data is stored locally on your device and we do not transmit any data to external servers, your information remains secure on your device. We recommend protecting your device with standard iOS security features like passcodes and biometric authentication.

Data Retention and Deletion

All game data is stored on your device. To delete your data:

• Delete the Forest Run app from your device
• All local game data will be permanently removed

Game Center data is managed by Apple. To remove Game Center data, refer to Apple's Game Center privacy settings.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no data for you to access, correct, or delete from our systems. Your game data exists only on your device under your control.

International Users

Forest Run does not transmit data internationally because it does not transmit data at all. All data remains on your local device regardless of your location.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy
• Post the updated policy on this page
• Notify users through an in-app message if changes are material

Your continued use of Forest Run after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels

In accordance with Apple's App Store requirements, Forest Run's privacy nutrition label indicates:

• Data Not Collected: We do not collect any data
• Data Not Linked to You: No data is linked to your identity
• Data Not Used to Track You: We do not track users

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. However, because Forest Run does not collect personal information, these rights do not apply as there is no personal information to access, delete, or opt-out from the sale of.

European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

Users in the European Economic Area have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. However, because Forest Run does not process personal data, GDPR data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) do not apply as there is no personal data being processed.
