Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Forest Run (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

JBITPRO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Forest Run for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

You may:

• Install and use the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purposes
• Distribute or share the App with others
• Use automated systems or bots to manipulate Game Center scores

3. Ownership

Forest Run, including all content, features, graphics, code, and functionality, is owned by JBITPRO and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Forest Run in a lawful manner and not to:

• Cheat, hack, or use third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulate leaderboards or Game Center features
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Game Center

If you use Apple Game Center features (leaderboards, achievements):

• You must comply with Apple's Game Center Terms of Service
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or manipulated scores
• Game Center features are provided by Apple and may be modified or discontinued at any time

6. Purchases and Payments

Forest Run is a paid application with no in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store:

• Payment and billing are governed by Apple's Terms of Sale
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• Pricing may vary by region and is set by Apple

7. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time
• Add or remove features
• Release bug fixes and improvements

Updates are provided at our discretion and may be required to continue using the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Forest Run is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be free from bugs or errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBITPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Device damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JBITPRO from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Forest Run at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any other reason at our discretion

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information. By using Forest Run, you agree to our privacy practices.

13. Third-Party Services

Forest Run may integrate with third-party services (Apple Game Center). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

14. Children

Forest Run is suitable for all ages. If you are under 13, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JBITPRO regarding Forest Run and supersede all prior agreements.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top
• Material changes will be communicated through the App
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

21. Apple Specific Terms

As Forest Run is distributed through the Apple App Store:

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranty claims
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
• You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and JBITPRO, not Apple

By using Forest Run, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
