Your data stays on your devices.

  • All health information is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad
  • If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your private iCloud account
  • We do not have access to your iCloud data
  • We do not operate servers that store your health information

Data Collection

We collect minimal data.

  • Health Information: Stored only on your device and your private iCloud. We never see it.
  • Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage analytics (features used, crash reports) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you or reveal your health information.
  • No Advertising: We do not collect data for advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

You control who sees your data.

  • Health HQ's sharing feature uses Apple's CloudKit to securely share data with people you choose
  • Shared data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • You can revoke access at any time
  • We cannot see shared data - it goes directly between you and your chosen recipients

Third-Party Services

Health HQ uses the following third-party services:

  • Apple iCloud: For data sync and sharing (governed by Apple's privacy policy)
  • Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases (if any)

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

  • Delete individual records within the app
  • Delete the app to remove all local data
  • Manage iCloud data through your device's Settings

Children's Privacy

Health HQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
