JBITPRO (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the BulletJournal mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

Data You Create

When you use BulletJournal, you create content such as:

  • Journal entries, tabs, and pages
  • Handwritten drawings and sketches (PencilKit)
  • Mood check-ins and mood history
  • Habits and streak data
  • Daily prompts and reflections

All of this data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not have access to your content.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Location data
  • Contact information
  • Browsing history or usage analytics
  • Advertising identifiers

We use no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Data Storage

All your personal data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. Your journals, moods, habits, and all other content never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export them.

CloudKit (Community Templates)

BulletJournal uses Apple CloudKit solely for the optional community templates feature. This allows users to browse and share journal templates. CloudKit data is managed by Apple and subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not use CloudKit to access or store your personal journal content.

Subscriptions and Payments

BulletJournal offers optional premium subscriptions managed through Apple’s StoreKit 2 framework. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.

Subscription details:

  • Monthly: $4.99/month
  • Yearly: $39.99/year
  • 14-day free trial included

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • Access: All your data is visible directly in the App
  • Export: Export journals as PDF files at any time
  • Delete: Remove any or all data by deleting entries in the App or uninstalling the App entirely

Since we do not collect or store your data on any server, there is no data to request from us.

Children’s Privacy

BulletJournal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
