Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the BulletJournal mobile application (the “App”) operated by JBITPRO (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
BulletJournal is a digital journaling application for iOS that allows you to:
- Create and organize journals with tabs and pages
- Draw and sketch with PencilKit (Apple Pencil support)
- Track your moods and emotional wellbeing
- Build habits and monitor streaks
- View insights and analytics about your journaling patterns
- Export journals as PDF files
Subscription Terms
Free Features
The App offers core functionality at no cost.
Premium Subscription
BulletJournal offers a premium subscription that unlocks additional features:
- Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
- Yearly Plan: $39.99 per year
- Free Trial: 14-day free trial included with both plans
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and changes will not affect your current billing period.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you create in BulletJournal. Your journals, drawings, mood entries, habits, and all other data belong to you. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, and branding, is owned by JBITPRO and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected in any specific timeframe
- The App will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JBITPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Data and Backups
All data is stored locally on your device. While we design the App to reliably store your data, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, operating system issues, or user error. We recommend regularly exporting your journals as PDF files.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to premium features if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use premium features ceases, but your locally stored data remains on your device.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
