Is my data private?
Yes. All your data stays on your device. Easli does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. AI coaching runs entirely on-device using Apple's built-in models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What devices are supported?
Easli requires iOS 26 or later. It works on iPhone and iPad. On-device AI coaching requires an A17 chip or later (iPhone 15 Pro and newer). Older devices receive pre-written coaching templates instead.
How does the free trial work?
When you first open Easli, you get a 21-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, you can subscribe for $2.99/month or $19.99/year to continue using the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Easli
- Tap Cancel Subscription
How do I delete my data?
Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it by:
- Deleting individual check-in entries within the app's Journal tab
- Deleting the Easli app from your device (removes all data)
Does Easli work offline?
Yes. Easli works entirely offline. No internet connection is required for mood check-ins, AI coaching, journaling, or viewing insights.
What HealthKit data does Easli use?
If you grant permission, Easli reads sleep analysis, step count, heart rate, and exercise time to find correlations between your mood and health habits. Easli also writes State of Mind entries to Apple Health. HealthKit access is optional.
