1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Easli ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. Easli is developed by JBITPRO ("we", "us", "our").
2. Service Description
Easli is a personal mood tracking and AI coaching application. It provides mood check-ins, journaling, pattern analysis, and coaching exercises based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles. All processing happens on your device.
3. Not Medical Advice
Important: Easli is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coaching and mood analysis features are for personal wellness and self-reflection purposes only.
Easli is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information provided by Easli.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Easli offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly: $2.99/month
- Yearly: $19.99/year
A 21-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Prices may change with notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Easli for lawful personal purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use Easli as a replacement for professional mental health treatment
- Maintain the security of your device and any backups containing Easli data
6. Intellectual Property
Easli, including its design, code, AI models, coaching content, and branding, is owned by JBITPRO and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Easli is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated coaching will be accurate or suitable for your situation
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Results from mood tracking will be scientifically precise
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBITPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Easli. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Easli at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or JBITPRO.
You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App and canceling any active subscription.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App and require re-acceptance. Continued use after non-material changes constitutes acceptance.
